Vision
Our vision is to train, disciple and encourage children to be enthusiastic about starting and developing a personal relationship with God through Jesus, and enable them to become an effective part of the church.
Mission Statement
Children Worldwide is a growing, pan-denominational membership organisation of independent children's workers.
By example and by training others we promote and encourage an excellence and quality in children's work that is biblical, bang-up-to-date and safe.
We aim to:
- Give children the opportunity to understand and respond to the Gospel and be nurtured as part of the church.
- Help Families follow God's Word together.
Children Worldwide is a network of like minded people, and its members have an opportunity to meet, learn from and work with other children's workers from around the country. Members are free to follow their own giftings and area of work. Our membership is made up of church workers, trainers, puppet companies, musicians, story-tellers, resource providers, specialists in special needs and many more areas of work.
Members are not employed by Children Worldwide and are responsible for their own finances, either from having full time secular jobs, or being employed by a church and working with Children Worldwide on a time to time basis or working as full time evangelists dependent on gifts, but many of us are somewhere in between.
